My bike project

I started this project a few years ago thats pretty obvious whne you see the bee in the pics lol

Its a 2006 Kawasaki ZX10 R which is pretty much the fastest thing I have ever rode.

I got a smoking deal on it bc it had no title I found the original owner and he went to the dmv with the certificate of origin and got me the title. He bought it new and never bothered to register it so It had no title. He started to turn it into a stunt bike then changed his mind. It only has 1000 miles on it.

When I bought it

Painted Pearl white with a green ghost basically when the light hits it at certain angles it turns green.

unfortunetly the fiberglass fairing I bough are junk and are starting to crack and just look like crap so I need to buy OEM fairings and I'll probably paint them pearl black or soemthuing like that. I also have a new tank to put on it. I should have it ready to go in about a month. Getting a bunch of parts powdercoated black like the rear sets and passenger pegs

Looks good mike. My BIL had that same bike. He got rid of it because it was to much power for his skinny ass. Have fun and be careful.

I sold my other bike and have been having major withdrawls since I've had a bike for the last 6 years. Glad to finally have this one almost done

Got a few parts powdercoated and put back on today....Rearsets, pass footpegs and gas cap.

Got some lower fairings for it, I still need to put the stock links in its to low.
An undented tank thats black. It looks like crap all mismatched right now but the fairings on it are fiberglass and the paint is starting to look like crap and fall off in spots.....

So the plan is to buy all new plastics and get them painted....I have no idea what color yet. Keep white, Orange or black is what im thinking now not sure I kinda like the white and black theme but my truck is also white and black so I might try something else.

heres how she looks right now, I'll update as I go along kinda like polishing a turd right now but it will be perfect by the end of summer.

Like the gauges with the white paint they match perfect

anyone need a stunt tank for a ZX10? haha
