S-10 Build

Well i'm tired of seeing a ugly stock s-10 .

So heres the problems that need fixing. window track, door handle, front brakes.


aftermarket upgrades:

• wheels/tires
• paint job (give me color ideas or bed line it)
• 2" bodylift
• HID lights
• system probably JBL just 2 10's and some tweeters
• pro turbo charger
• 5% tint
• warn winch 8k/lb

Main items of interest

• wild country mtx/ mud countrys/ federal mt -- can't decide yet probably the cheaper of them
• mostly likely old school mickey thompson holes

and how about paint? it's black now. i was either thinking black again to make it easy or just al's lining the entire truck that way no worrys about scratches, rust, dents.


Opinons are welcome. it's going to be a slower process untill the z71 is gone or i find a summer job for extra cash.

Have you researched headlight housings to use with HID's? (for the least amount of glare)

I'm betting you'll have to run a conversion kit with projector lenses in them. I've seen them on eBay (for H4 bulb socket), but I've never seen them in person or them used.

If this truck is gonna be a field/hunting/beat-the-shit-out-of truck, I'd bed-line it.

we actually just traded an old built 350 with a solid pos. traction rear end derby car for a 468 big block i wonder if it would fit . lowering kit and some slicks and we have a race good sir .
