My wife's 2003 Jeep Liberty is due for new tires. I don't know what to put on the thing. I don't want to spend a bunch of money on tires, just something that will last her awhile. Any suggestions? :dunno:

Can't go wrong with Yokohama's!

Check out the reviews at Tire Rack and see what you would like vs what you want to pay!:D

Currently the size is 245/65/17 but her spare is a 235/65/17 Goodyear Wrangler HP that is brand new. I can't remember what is on the Jeep right now, I'll have to go out and look in a little bit.

If what is on it now have held up well, then I'd think about getting them again. :dunno:

You can always get three new Wranglers and use the spare to save some money. I never did understand why people keep a brand new spare on their vehicle if it is a normal tire and not a space saver.

Yeah, I am thinking about just keeping the best "used tire" and buy 3 new goodyears

I put the Hankook Dynapro ATMs on my wifes Liberty and we really like them. Look very aggressive, great traction and very quiet.

Only had them on for a few months so can't speak to the treadwear... but they have good ratings. And they're affordable.

Sorry, the only pictures I have of them include my son when he helped me change the oil:
