Congrats, Dave! Having ridden them both, I would prefer a VR for a DD, bit if your're throwing momma on the back for a cruise, you would appreciate that Fatboy.

i have been thinking about the fatboy for awhile. the aftermarket is much better for it than the Vrod. but the Vrod is sexy...

i would probably buy it next week.

the DD would consist of my commute to work. soooo 16 miles one way.

the weekend rides would be the best part and that would not be with anyone on the bike but me.

this Fatboy is teh slow runner. i see how you could get confused.
