Bought A Set Of KYBs Today

Hey Gary, did yours come with the boots, or was that extra? The ones I bought for the car they sold the boots separate. I got the rear shocks on, but the struts up front are gonna be a bitch. I hate compressing springs and all that crap. I will do those next weekend I guess. I didn't really notice any difference in ride, but my wife says she did. She drive it 80% of the time though, so she would be able to tell better than I would. Just like I felt a difference in ride and handling when I put my new tires on, my wife says she didn't notice a thing.

EDIT: I just looked up the KYB Monomax shocks for my Burban. It looks like the boots are included. And all four would run me just about $250 shipped from KYBoutlet.com

Yep,the boots came with 'em,in fact they were already on.I only had to secure 'em with the zip ties that were in the box.Also mine are shocks that were made to accomodate a 6'' lift(a bit longer I would guess).I felt a difference in ride immedialety...much more firm.

That looks like a pretty good deal to me
