Just the passenger side of the bed is new. The new 4x4 sticker on the quote was almost $40 so I asked if we could call it even if they left that one off and took the other one off. Now just need to get the tailgate debadged and I will be good. I kind of like the silverado on the doors. Repaired part looks pretty good to me, quite a bit of orange peel in the clear but just enough to match the crappy job they do at the factory. Might wetsand it eventually if I get brave enough.
