I like how Ford puts a transmission temp gauge on all of their trucks. The raptor is a kickass truck.

Dodge still has issues with fit and finish - granted I know the Ram drives extremely well, but they didn't stand out as being on par with GM and Ford on the show floor.

The interior styling of the Tundra was very bizarre... everything felt very cheap. They need to do a model refresh soon.

The best interior I saw was the BMW M3's (kinda shocking considering the competition there). The soft stitched leather really pushed that car over the top. I didn't get to sit in their 7 series that might have been even better.

What kind of car? The Mini's were definitely overpriced for what you get. I liked the Subaru I saw better. You can actually fit 4 people in it. Both companies though are probably hard to get parts for = expensive. Parts availability is the only reason I don't think I'll ever own a Volkswagen.

You are comparing an economy car to a premium compact car.

This is extremely true. I would really love an S5 with a 4.2 but I know how costly repairs are beyond the warranty period.

Very true. But...Would you rather be driving a european car, or a Mitsubishi or a Hyundai at 150K???

Not me man, the quality of materials used to build japanese cars really starts to show its age. (when compared to european cars)
