The airbags did go off. and the good news is if we do rebuild it dad already said its okay to put an 06 front end on it

I would recommend you get a new truck, I know how you feel being it was your first truck but that would be a considerable amount of work and money to fix it.

I saw a model like yours in my town yesterday with a new style hood. Like a 2011 hood on your truck. It looked bad azz.

I do agree with gettin a new one though. If your gona rebuild it, Its gona take time and a lot of money.

Well a new truck will cost more then fixing it
How much do you think it will cost to fix it? It looks like you will need a whole new front clip and a whole new bed..... and that is just sheet metal, not counting what mechanically could be wrong or the frame.

Umm yeah in my opinion I would start fresh with something new. Once they're totalled or have severe damage its never the same.
