The guy that owns this truck is suppose to call me tomorrow. The insurance company totaled his truck and he bought it back. He thought that it wasn't going to cost much to get it fixed. But the estimate from the body shop that it is at said that its going to cost about $10k parts and labor to restore this beast... If I can talk him into it I am going to buy it and take it on as a project.

Its a 2003 GMC sierra 2500hd CC LB SLT Duramax/Allison 1000.

Radiator Core support, intercooler/radiator, I would suspect the batter/fuse box may need to be replaced... I think that the A pillars are fine... And as far as I know the frame is straight. All the doors open and close like they should and the body lines to line up.

Things that would need to be checked would be the ac condenser and lines... I am sure that most of this would be labor.. I might be able to grab what I need for around $3000-4000

Your head would be sticking through the sun roof once we made room for the tranny.. Or I guess it could drag on the ground. Might have to lift the hoe..

Worst case you ride around with your head coming up through the sun roof and you will get wind burn...
