Paint job begun

So my dad said next weekend he will hopefully help me get started on the roof rack, so i decided to paint the roof before putting the roof rack up so i painted it with bed liner

im going to do the whole jeep soon

what you guys think of the whole thing going bed liner?

old rails and strips

and i also painted all the old chrome moldings

I like the idea. Looks good so far. From what I've read, the DIY bedliner isn't that great for beds since they are constantly scraped or banged around with cargo. Putting in on as a paint-job, though, seems to last since the paint isn't subject to the same abuse as a bed. Keep us updated!

What bedliner material are you using?

I used DupliColor Bed Armor with Kevlar on my Frontier, and didn't have any chips or anything when I traded it. Dried pretty hard and seemed durable. It also had more texture than what you are using.
