Great job there Jim. The jeep is coming along really nicely. The wheels you got should look good on it.

It's such a pain waiting on parts when one is all motivated on a project. So when are the lift parts due to arrive?

Looks Great Jim! You do work FAST! I wish I had your motivation

If I didn't have motivation, we would not have TMC!
Thank goodness for that!
Are you going to get any aftermarket bumpers or anything to protect the body while you are out on the trail?

I'll be adding some rocker sliders for sure... for a little protection just in case I hit the rock trails around here. For the sand on Padre Island I don't really need a lot of body armor and that's mostly where it will probably be going.

You betcha! In fact, we took it on a 100 mile round trip for a nice lunch today.

My other parts are supposed to hit Thursday. I ordered a Skyjacker complete suspension with new coils and rear leaf spring packs. It also has new control arms, Nitro shocke, and some other goodies. I have sway bar disconnects, new shackles, and a suspension bushing kit coming too.

I ended up going with BFG All Terrain KO tires... Since most of the "getting there" will be a pretty long highway ride, I don't think I could put up with all out mud tires. I've had awesome luck with BFG ATs through the years.
