I'm debating getting sheets over the can. I'm not sure how the can would do over the sheets

The can does not lay on nearly as thick. I used it to coat the back corner of the Tahoe where the sub is. I would recommend the sheets.

So in other words use the sheets everywhere you can. If you have to, spray the foam in the corners to make sure everything is covered.

I thought I would give it a shot, and that corner has a few "layers" of sheet metal that I wanted to try and coat. That sub was buzzing badly back there.

The sheets are where it's at, but I was able to coat those inner pieces that I couldn't reach. It did help.

I may get one can for the inside of the door itself. Trying to find a set of 6&1/2" Kenwood's for the doors to match the HU and smp I'm getting.

Could I use JB weld to fill the small gap that's causing my exhaust leak? If not, what else could I use? I'm thinking that since I'm getting LT's, that part of the pipe will be cut off so I'm trying to find a temporary solution that will hold me over until I get LT's

I have no idea. I know a guy that fixed a motocross engine block with it and even raced the bike, but I don't know if it held.

If it isn't on the exhaust manifold itself, you could try it I guess. The farther away from the engine the better the chance is of it sticking. You'd need to get any and all rust/dirt off.


At work, we've got some holding a small rivet on a metal disc (its for a meat slicer) that gets run through our dishwasher (180*+). It's been holding good for about 6 months now.

Not on exhaust, Hunter. I have done some amazing temporoary fixes with Epoxy, but exhaust is just one area where it never works.
