But in reliability and real world work/towing. I dont think you can surpass a cummins. It's not just about numbers.

In past reviews the Duramax came up short as far as number go but ended up over performing the other trucks...

This review is kinda pointless with one truck missing. Especially when this year the Duramax has the bigger numbers


I am in the group of guys that would have either liked to have owned or did own a cummins but over time ended up in a Dmax and would never go back!

didnt ford numbers beat duramax numbers this year...

i know chevy was bigger at one point until ford redid calibration on the ecu and got some added power?

I didn't know the 2011 Duramax was the motor trend truck of the year...


I know it has 397 hp and close to 800 tq. Might even be 765 But it seems more like 850 when you drive one pulling a trailer....

Lots of people are down on the cummins this year. They didn't up the numbers at all compared to Ford and GM.
