Where did you buy it and have it installed? I've been contemplating on getting one installed since i bought the truck 3 yrs ago, but now that its parked for the winter I dont think i need one
They are every bit as handy on hot Summer days.

Remote start is cool. If I ever actually drove my truck, I might consider adding it.

When I come off the lake during the summer and I can start the Tahoe and get the AC running before I even dock, I win.

I love my remote start. I use it all the time. I didn't pay near that for mine though because I installed it myself. It was actually the second mod I did to my truck. Within the first month after buying my truck back in 06, I had the windows tinted and I installed an Autopage remote start.

Im actually going install one tomorrow on a 07 Silverado. I added power locks to it today and tomorrow I go back and unwrap the Viper 8701.
