With the colder weather, and more trips around town I'm averaging 11.6 mpg. My last tank, which was more for work related driving netted me 14.2.

Still getting 17.7 out of mine. WITHOUT AFM.

O averaged 10.1 last tank...clearly tons of idling.

By contrast, Our new ambulance with the D-MAX is averaging 11.4!

Yeah, but you've got power-loss issues and bigger tires :D.

I'm blaming my inconsistent idle. Which BTW, I'm installing an EGR plate today or tomorrow. See if that does anything. :dunno:


My Full-Size gets 15 in the summer! I'd rather drive a full-size with 4x4 and get 13 in the winter than drive a compact 2wd that gets 15!

Actually, the bigger tires didn't affect my mileage at all :rollin:
They're not THAT much bigger... Stock tires are 28.9" diameter, these ones are 29.5" :fingertime:
I blame two bad o2 sensors :jester:
