POST UP YOUR SUBARU PICS. Not pics from the web... YOUR OWN Subaru pics. (This might just be you and me Michael)

My first new car back in 1979. Here it is parked next to my brother;s 74 Pinto. How that car ever survived for another owner is beyond me. I saw it two feet off the ground several times. The Brat was a fun little vehicle!

Pic of my 82 Subaru Brat. It was a little more sophisticated than the 79.

Brats were certainly different. How capable were they when in the mud/snow? They had a seat in the bed too didn't they? with handles to hang on to & seat belts?

I know the Subaru dealership near us uses an old rotted out Brat to plow their parking lots.

Bought this, it was going to be our "family car" and we were so close to having it paid off. BUT, the infant child seat rendered the front passenger seat useless... so the car was going to be completely useless when our 2nd kid comes along. We traded this in to get the 07 Commander (now we can fit 3 car seats, two kids in the 3rd row seats, and two adults up front... let the baby making begin
