Painting a chrome plastic grill

Well I did attempt to put it in today but ran into a problem. Its another one of those plastic vs aluminum bolt situations. Theres 6 bolts ontop of my grill surround that I need to remove, 5 nuts came off, the other one is turning the bolt with it indicating it broke.. I took the grill off last year and I apparently over-tightened it.. seems to be a bad habbit of mine, I dont work well with plastic. So tomorrow i'm going to take a small grinding wheel and slice it right out.

That stuff is made to be used once. Slice away!

Thats exactly what I thought, its like emblems, they can only be removed a certain amount of times until no more forgiveness is given.

Nope... not yet, sorry. Didn't get a chance to get a grinder today. Atleast I haven't been banned for not getting it on ( so far! ) should be this weekend, it better be.
