Why buy new when you can restore?
The coolant sensor would make sense if it did have a high idle when cold, but if there is one, its only like 100-200rpm. We haven't hit any colder weather yet, but we'll see what happens. And for $14, its worth a shot.I've never heard of the cooling sensor causing idle issues like that...
But I suppose it's possible, since it will idle itself higher when it's really cold

I'll double check my Chilton (both are made by the same company) manual right now just to be sure.I'll see if my Haynes manual has a vacuum diagram in it for ya.

I've actually had good luck with AZ reading codes. For the extra 5mi drive, I might as well do it out of piece of mind.
