Cmon guys... this is the "rate my ride" section. Not really the place to argue "my brand is better than your brand and my dad can beat up your dad"...

Matt, you should know I am far from a fanboy of any brand. In the last couple years, I have had a Chevy, Nissan, Ram, Ford (work truck), and my wife has a Kia. It doesn't appear that everyone lately has been quite so diverse.

Shanin, as I have said before, this is by far one of my favorite trucks on here, even before I had a Ram too. I wouldn't change a thing about it (except maybe the chrome bug shield).

Thanks Wayne! :D I am not too keen on the chrome bug shield either, but he likes it and he drives it more often than I do. I tried to get him to go for a black one, but he thought it would have been way too much black for the front end. :dunno:

Everybody has different tastes, that is what allows us to make our trucks unique!

Nice. Raise the front a touch (level or a tad higher) and it's good to go. After the new Dodge my father in law bought I personally would never buy one. His was nothing but trouble (transmission) but to each his own.

Oh and resale value is bad to.....

:uhoh:Yeah, and resale on Fords and GM's is soooooo good.:uhoh: Actually here, used gen 4 Rams are almost as much as a new one. Can't say the same for F150 or Silverado.

Yes as a matter of fact here they are. You can't give them dodges away here. I to have owned them all and although I favor Ford's I'm open minded about all brands. I have a z71 also for goodness sake. I simply stated my views in a non aggressive manner. You are the one that got excited.

Get the 6" lift! A friend just bought a 2011 Ram Sport. Before leaving the dealership, he had them install a 6" lift, wheels/tires, and a hard tonneu cover. Came out to $64,000CDN! I'll try getting a picture.

As with every new generation Ram I see I think you need to get the bumper with the 2 straight exit exhaust tips that comes with the (I can't remember for sure) R/T or sport? package that you see some running around with. Get the bumper then have a shop custom fab the piping and tips to your liking. Im generally not a fan of straight exit but the bumper on these Rams with the special designated tip exits looks really beast! Nice truck though. Can't believe the sizes of tires some of the newer rigs are being able to fit from the factory!

Nice looking truck but all I can see is untinted windows and headlights. I like the all blacked out look of the truck but I can see what Zem means all the time when he says you can't see the rims.

It's a shame there is no Srt-10 model for this generation yet for those with the regular version to pick up the factory smoked headlights from. Theres a 2007 model 4x4 Hemi with those in my town and it looks slick.
