Bernie, I wouldn't chance it running a flat next to a good tire on a dually. If you get a flat just pull it off and throw it in the bed, that's what we did on semi's if we were empty I'm assuming it would work on a light duty truck, never looked at the lugs to ensure it would work. If that flat decided to disintegrate it could take the good tire with it.
I've run 'em with flats before. Provided you don't have a heavy load, the flat is on the inside, and you keep the speed down it'll get you to a tire shop.
I haven't checked this truck, but most others I've driven with
DRW need both wheels on for the plate (that the wheel nuts tighten down on) to fit properly since there's a pin that goes through.
If the flat is the least little bit shredded or off the rim all bets are off though, and I'll wait for the repair truck to get there.
