***Fuel Filters*** Wix vs AC Delco

Everyone always talks about what oil and filter they use in there trucks. But since I've been here we haven't talked about fuel filters. The AC delco Filter for my truck is around $24.99 and the Wix is about $14.99

Which is better?

Hard to say which is better, I have used both and never really noticed any difference.

I mean at the end of the day. As long as the filter is good quality filter should it really matter?

On something I'm going to change once in 3 or 4 years, I tend to go with the OEM where possible.

Wix will serve just fine. They sell filters, that is what they do so naturally the price will be lower, doesn't mean the quality is any less.

I usually used NAPA Gold (Wix) fuel filters on my old 95, but I also used AC Delco filters on occasion. Both are made in the USA and both appeared to be made similarly, the AC Delco was just at least six dollars more expensive.

theres not an Advanced Auto within 25 miles of me. lol but we do have pep boys and there 7.99
