Call them back, keep your cool and explain that you're tired of waiting and that you'd like to speak to someone now. I know it's hard a crap to be nice sometimes, but there are times when it gets you further then getting pissed off at them.
Now if the chit is automated, all the above doesn't apply of course.

If it's automated try pushing 0, that works on most automated systems to send you to an operator.
Otherwise use Larry the Cable Guy's advice and push 9 for spanish so you can talk to the bilingual American
