i agrre...but i like the short bed becuase of the added performance of the short wheel base..but..we lose our cargo room as a cost for that performance.

What performance? :dunno:

Just weight reduction and much better handling. RCSB trucks handle better than their longer heavier cousins.

Short bed. The only long beds I would have is a Super Duty crew cab. I still cringe at the thought of parking one of them long beeches!

What kind of drivers do we have here ?
3 out of 5 of my trucks are Super cab long beds (8 ft). The other 2 are regular cab long beds. I drive and park them anywhere and everywhere. Even pulling my 16 ft trailer they will go wherever I want.

I've pulled my 20 ft car hauler with a car on it thru McDonald drive thru ( not advisable ,very tricky ). :jester:
My wife drives them all including the mud truck , just not as good.

Hard to pick a favorite .... They are all TRUCKS and I love them ALL !!

I am wanting a Super crew short bed for my next truck. I do agree they look better.

I've had a CDL for 10 years, I use to haul 48' and 53' trailers. I drove locally and that includes tight ass downtown Atlanta. It's not a matter of being able to, it's a matter of being a pain in the ass. Maybe your area has wider parking spots then they do here in Georgia, but these damn parking lots are narrow as chit nowadays!
