I've always just sprayed it on the tire, not near the wheel, and spread it towards thew wheel with a rag. Never had problems with it getting on the wheel. :dunno:

As long as there is no wind... a little breeze and that shit goes everywhere!

The stuff in the aerosol can, yeah, but I've never had problems with the spray bottles. The area where I detail the truck is fairly sheltered, though.

Nice idea. Are you planning on getting some new rims anytime in the future?

I have used both the spray bottles and aerosol cans and about 95% of the time I can apply it without being retarded and getting on the wheel... the other 5% of the time I just wipe it off the wheel....

All a person has to do is not cut themselves with a box cutter.

I don't use tire shine so....

No...I really like the stock wheels...I would like to level it...but I don't like the idea of cranking the t-bars...

It also worked well for the Bleach White I sprayed on the letters. The bottle says you are not supposed to get that on the aluminum wheels...It really does work great.....and it only cost me $160.00!!!!
