Well let me see. As I have seen and rode in this truck I would change nothing. Ok,Ok maybe........More Power!!!!!!!!!!!! 
Not a fan of that bed cover, but other than that, the moldings are the only other thing I can find that I would change (or remove and run over with a lawnmower).
If this was my truck I would black out tail and head/parking lights...

I think I have to agree with Dan. I'm not a fan of that bed cover. I know it has to overhang because of the cap on the tailgate. But, I think a different tailgate cap and a different bed cover would clean-up some lines.... But, that's nitpicking (and would be expensive to do)!

Probably just the pic, it's exactly the same on all four corners.
Moldings may be coming off in a few months. They are starting to yellow out just slightly on the top edge. I have always liked them but the yellowing isn't sitting well with me.
I'm on the fence about tails and heads. I want to change something about them just haven't made up my mind which direction I want to go. SS bumper cover and roll pan may happen before I make up my mind on lights.
