Hey Joshua,

Not a problem getting what you need for your truck, I got ya covered. Here is the brake down.
You will need just over two quarts of the Severe Gear 75w-90 gear oil for the rear diff. I take it it is a 2wd?
The transmission is 5qts of AMSOIL's ATF fluid if you are just doing a pan drop filter change and refill. If you are interested in a complete fluid exchange then it will take 12qts.

That covers those. The engine takes 4.6qts of AMSOIL's ASL 5w-30 synthetic engine oil and an EaO23 oil filter.

That covers the engine, tranny and rear diff. If you have any questions just let me know.

I'm from Bedford Pa. My parents now live in Windber and I'll be heading up to visit them here in Aug.
Hey Nick, I assume that's not including the oil filter itself?

Thats a good question, does the tranny fluid include after I shift through all gears, and then top it off?

Yes, the five qts will be what you need to have a complete top off after you change out the pan filter and refill. It wouldn't hurt to get a pan with a drain plug in it or put one in your existing pan. Makes for changing out the fluid way easier. You can get a drain plug kit at Auto Zone, Advance Auto or most other places.

Thats actually a great idea, I dont want to have to unbolt the trans mount every time lol and jack up the tranny. Idk if I have a shallow or deep pan, its too wet outside to go look

I use Royal Purple. Haven't had any issues. Due for a change too soon. Maybe I'll try Amsoil next time.
