I really don't penny shop on fuel, unless there is a major price war going on at two stations where I am fueling up. I am already putting on $50-60 in gas, another $3 doesn't bug me.

When I had the truck, there was one station that was closer (but not QUITE as cheap) that the truck didn't seem to like.. The station farther away (and cheaper) seemed to have a little better fuel (or at least the truck was less likely to try to clatter). The Subaru doesn't seem to give a flip which one I use.. :dunno:

That's the way it is around here. Some cities within a 25 mile radius are usually 20 cents cheaper per gallon. I normally just fill up at the same station about a mile from my house, even if a station 2 miles from the house is 10 cents cheaper. :dunno:

Yeah, I won't usually go way out of my way.. The Valero I filled up at this time was right at an intersection I needed to go through. The QT that I prefer to fill up at was a few sets of railroad tracks and a mile away (and I didn't 'need' to go through any of that). So, I went for the convenient stop vs. the place I like better.. :dunno:

I feel the same way.

Right now it's $1.109 per litre for 87 and $1.259 for 91. Around $5 per gallon. :fume:
