I have 275/65R/18 right now, so this means they are 18" wheels correct? So if I got some 33x12.5x18 open countrys I could run them on my wheels now, and then get my wheels later?

Is that worth it? Or do you run into problems switching tires from wheels to wheels

You surely can, its just the stock wheel isn't the safest being its short 7.5" width doesn't meet with the recommended 8.5" - 10" wheel width diameter. Lots of people on the f1online have 33x12.5s on their 18" FX4s & Lariats, minor rubbing. I would just buy the tires from discounttire and let them sit in the garage until you get your wheels.

I'm surprised all manufacturers aren't raising their prices. I just got a price increase on all my siding materials. :fume:

That sucks. I am running a set of BFG on my car and truck now. The only reason I am not going to use them again is the price.
If material cost are going up, I can't imagine the price of what the BFG are going to be.

Yeah I just priced a set of 33x12.5x18s $1500

Thats with the 8% added? My 20" tires were $1,400, and when I divide that I end up at around $339ea. Wow its gonna cost me alot to put new ones on someday .

I would have sworn discount tire carried Toyo Tires. hmm.

Try Tread Depot. They were about the cheapest I found them for, near $1,390 some last summer.
