Nice man, I am wanting a hand held one that will pick up 800 megahertz, since thats what all the police and fire are going to around me.

Add another crystal to it and put a switch on the back to change to the new crystal when needed.

No good... CB is AM, and the 800mz range is for FM

I've always liked CBs, but didn't realize so many people still used them.
My friends got rid of theirs when cell phones came out.

HEY for me the radio is loud enough even with music on at moderate.. I just need a better anteanna
