thanks guys Im loving the new look and I really cant wait till next winter now lol I bet it will stand out on the trail



I got the skidplate on today next on the list is to get the expert x mounted and get my seat redone besides that im done until fall I'll do the studs, clutch kit, jetting etc. then. I decided i cant swing the cost of a turbo this year so that will be next summers project.

What do you think Black or Yellow stripe?

I also put the shocks back in the skid so thats ready to go

yeah thats what i was thinking too. It should add some yellow in the rear where its all black. I might get some yellow yamaha stickers to put on the exhaust covers too not sure yet though i might just leave it looking clean with no decals on the rear

I wouldn't make that stripe completely black. Maybe like your decals on your hood, make it subtle with some silver outline, then black, then yellow in the center.

Also, you need yellow boggie wheels in the rear

I got the sled out today and washed it and i finally have the time and the money to finish it up for winter.

Heres what still needs to be done:

168 Mack Studs yellow round backers
Mount the Expert X Skid
21 tooth gear and shorter chain
Ulmer clutch kit
jet/sync carbs for filters
rivet skid plate(i dont trust the rivnuts)
yamaha heater
yellow stripe on seat

and possibly a excell exhaust
