When the E-Fans kick in, the computer will bump the RPM's a touch because they draw a good amount of power...

Same thing, if you have your defrost on, the A/C compressor will cycle on and off, which will also make the computer bump the RPM's up, at idle.

Not for me. It usually happens when I come to a quick stop and then idle forward a little bit

Well then that rules out the blinker fluid.

This is a well known issue. My '07 Silvy did this a lot. There is a TSB out for this.

I think congress is investigating this "bumping" or "clunkage"on the GMT900 trucks. Criminal charges are pending.
