My '99 had a 191,500 on it. I wanted to hit 200K on that one. I've driven a couple of them up to the 250K range before. 
My '91 Sierra was with me for 238K. She was still running when I sold her.

My dad has an 89 Chevy Scottsdale he stopped driving a few years back that has about 285k on it and it still runs pretty good. He never had a problem with the 305 in it, it was the transmission and rear end that's been replaced in that truck too many times to count. FWIW that motor is still in decent shape for the most part.
