How do y'all clean your microfibers ? I have heard of just washing them in warm water with no soap/detergent. Is this about right ?

:dunno: But would like to know the proper way of washing them myself. I use 'em, and just go buy more when they start to look ragged. I have a stock pile of the damn things.

I wash mine with detergent and have never had an issue.

Basic rules when washing microfibers:

1. Only wash microfibers with microfibers (nothing else!!)
2. Detergent may be used (not much is necessary, though)
3. Absolutely no fabric softener
4. Better to let hang dry than dry in machine (doesn't clump them together or pick up lint)

Wash mine together in the washer with regular detergent. Many have been washed dozens of times and I can't tell any difference. They still work great.
