You can't just measure, give the dimensions to the driveline shop, have them build the shafts, and pick them up with another vehicle? Might take a little longer, but seems a LOT easier than towing that big bitch.

Dude I don't know if I would recommend pulling your truck on a dolly...
All new trucks need all 4 wheels off the ground

Ive had AAA ever since i started driving, after all those years... now that my truck is lifted they wont touch the damn thing. So i canceled service.
Only way my truck gets towed is on a lowboy goose neck.
how tall's your truck right now? to the roof i didnt see it. Mines slightly over 9' (9'1"-9'3") i put it on my dads trailer and hit a light, oops.
might want to try to pick up some stock tires, that will shorten it ALOT
