IMO, I don't think those would be good in the sloppy mud you said you have to sometimes drive through.

How do you like them ? How long have you had them ? I really like those because they are a mix between a M/T & A/T. What's the estimated tread life on those ?

Let's see...I have had them 28 hours now!

I have put about 125 miles on them, and they have a low hum on the highway, not bad at all! I have had nothing but street tires for quite a long time, so I was worried about it. I talked to a couple local guys with them, and they told me they were quiet given the aggressive tread, and they are.

As for tread life, I only know what I read online, and it's not bad for this type of tire.

Wish I had more input, sorry. Just too new. They ride great, though!

ATZ's are good tire...

...as long as you don't have to leave pavement much... A friend of mine has them on her Titan... She's unimpressed when it comes to mud.

My personal experience with the BFG's, is that while they ARE a good all around tire, they're not the best for playing in the mud... Better than the ATZ's...

I haven't spoken to anyone that's run the Coopers or Duratracs yet.

The Dunlop Rover MT MXT looks like it's a pretty good tire, according to Tirerack.
