I bet they are comparable as far as flow is concerned as long as the MIT is paired with a quality filter. The MIT/Filter combo is just much cheaper. If you aren't into the CAI for the looks of it, the MIT is the way to go. IF you like the looks, then it's definitely the least attractive option. :thumbs:

probly so, but with volants enclosure the air comming in would be substantially more dense than the open design, i really wanted one for my truck way back when but it was twice as much as the K&N, plus was US only. :(

They look to be of excellent quality too. :thumbs:

Oh. I was only talking about the MIT which is just a different tube used with the stock air box and a drop-in filter. The Airaid full kit sucks compared to the Volant for sure as it does allow the hot engine air in much more than the Volant. :thumbs:
