Hey guys, I've been putting a little focus into my '09 GMC Sierra 1500 2wd 5.3L/4L60E lately and wanted to share a few pics. It really is a great truck and has been my work horse for the past 10 years. It's been my tow rig for music equipment, project cars, mobile work bench, even a paint booth for small parts.

Last weekend I did an oil change, Mobil1 synth high mileage with K&N oil filter. While I was under there I cut off the stock muffler and bolted up a Borla ProXS, sounds amazing....'cause thats what you do during an oil change right?
This weekend I wanted to change up the front end a bit so I installed a billet grill & aftermarket lenses. I couldn't bring myself to do the bolt over grill so I made it recess mount by cutting the O.E. stuff away.

Fog lights and lower valance on order. Future mods I plan to remove that side trim and drop her down just a bit to take out some of the wheel gap and make it easier to get stuff in & out of the bed. I do dream of 22" snowflakes, but that's a bit beyond my budget right now.
Thanks for checking out the work horse, and let me know what ya think. Cheers.
