Picked it up this morning:

That was 60PSI in the bags. I think I'll bump it up to 70-75.

That's also with the hitch in the middle ofthe three settings. might put that down at the lowest setting to level out the camper a bit since bed rail clearance doesn't look to be an issue at all.

Must be heavy pin! Will you lose a bit of pin weight when you load toys in the ass?


I have mine as low as you can go on the hitch, without getting too close to the bed rails. I have had it nearly touch when coming out of a downhill approach in the mountains. Just watch your clearance.


Mine needs bigger tires, or axle spacers to get it perfect. GMs are tall in the ass!

And yeah that's a good point, that was empty on the way home from the dealer. The pin weight should be a good bit less less now that the bikes are in the back.

PS. B&W Biker Bars are the real deal. Nice install, hold the bikes nice and secure. Hope i still feel the same way after the first leg of our journey!

I want a biker bar setup, if I keep my toy hauler, lol.

And you'll definitely notice a difference with the bikes in the back... Toy haulers are all pin/tongue heavy with no weight in the back... It was a fun day when I forgot to adjust the bars after taking the ATV out of it, lol.

Rather than a front wheel chock and straps (or just straps) you mount a base onto the floor of the trailer that has a capture system for a bar. You mount that bar on the bike (temporarily for travel, it's quick release) then you just ride the bike into the mount and it locks it down.

They got a real good test on the ride home yesterday. A bridge we went over on I91 in Massachusetts was a complete shit show, and i didn't see it til too late. I bounced the trailer enough that I pulled over to double check the bikes in the back after....they hadn't moved a LICK.
