Nobody ever did come out with sill plate or protector for the new truck body, that I could find, and I assume it is because there is so little actual clearance for it.
I have always installed them on my trucks, and I didn't realize how much I actually dragged my feet getting in and out, but it was wearing through to the primer on the sill after 30K miles of me in and out of the fugger.
I cleaned and shot it with Duplicolor Bedliner in about 18" of the center section of the sill. The door touched it in a couple of places, and had to clean it up a bit.
You boys with the newer GMs, did you find our come up with anything better?
