Ordered a new CV axle for it.
Bought it PPE tie-rods.
Why?
I do a lot of recoveries... Throttle in 4WD is bad for stock tie rods... Stock, they're the same size as my Can-Am Outlander, lol. In the neighborhood of 1/2" thick.
I can feel bad things happening on full throttle in 4WD, lol.
Plus, boosted 4WD launches.
Guess I was figuring stronger cv joints made more sense than tie rod ends
They don't make those, lol. I found a hairline crack in a boot, lol.
Gave it a bath and vacuumed it out. For a 14yr old truck, it still looks good.

I bet it'd look a little different if it lived up north.
Depends on how far North, lol. We use less road salt up here in Canada
