Hey, Ken, have you looked at the NASCAR TV Schedule for the rest of the year?
In May, only 2 of the 6 race events they are televising with be on Fox. The others will be on FS1. The whole month of June will be on FS1. July will have the Coke 400 on NBC on July 2nd, but NBC won't air another race until Sept 4th. The ones in between will be on NBC SN. Oct gets 2 races on NBC, but the other three are on NBC SN. The season will wrap up on NBC with the three races in November, though. So, at least we can watch Kyle Busch win another Championship.

This week makes the 8th race of a 36 race season. Only 11 more races (including this week's) will be aired on a non-cable network.

More worried about the $$ from the networks than eyes from their fans for their sponsors. It's short-sighted IMO.

They were showing an overhead view of the track earlier. There sure seemed to be a lot of empty places in the stands for this to be "one of the best races of the season."

I was just looking at that myself. Man, those grandstands are empty! Bristol had a few years where the racing just wasn't very good. I think it's been great today.

Yeah, it has been pretty good today. It would be better (for me) if Harvick and Edwards wiped each other out.
