Any word on your truck?

Mine 4L70 is getting pulled tomorrow. 3-4 is all but gone.

Time for the 6L90 upgrade

What will they do to beef it up to handle the Maggie?

Lol! I wish. I researched it. What a pain in the ass!

I'm not really doing much to it but upgraded clutches. It has held up well for me. I'm at almost 100,000 miles. I will be upgrading trucks in the next couple years so all I need is it to last until then.

Michael is not entirely wrong. Justin added some torque management back in to compensate for the extra power. I don't plan on drag racing it anytime soon.

I hope you bought a really good, and long, extended warranty on your truck Darky.

If my recent history is any indication, I won't have it long enough for an extended warranty to matter. The longest car I have had in the last decade or so was a 2004 TSX for 4 years... Everything else has been 3 yrs or less...

Thank you for your concern, though! :jester:

Then you should really consider leasing.

Not cost effective, when I'm putting so many miles on the vehicles. Already over 8k on the Silvy since the beginning of July.. Setting at 17k already on my "weekend car."

If you got 100k out of the original build towing and boosting... I'd think a rebuild should handle a couple of years easily. Pretty solid transmissions.
