2015 NASCAR Race Chat

Yeah, I tend to stay away from drivers who don't have at least 3 races at a track. There's just not enough history to go on to figure out whether or not they're worth it.

Yeah "history" -

Jimmie Johnson- Avg finish 8.4 Last 3 races, 3, 4, 1. Sixteen races, only 2 of them outisde the top 15. Now he has 3

Matt Kenseth - avg finish 16th, last 3 races 4, 1, 6. I pick him and he winds up 21st.

Joey Logano - 6 races, two top 10 the other 4 in the 20's and 30's. I don't pick him, he comes in 4th

Brad Keselowsky, only one top 5 in 6 races and it was four years ago

I'm just cursed is all.

Just let me know who you're picking each week, so I can stay away from them.

For quite a while I was at or near the back. Cautions and pit stops helped me more forward, though.

So, who dropped so much at the end for you, Gordon?

Gordon dropped back to 14th, Kyle B fell back to 9th. It looks like Carl's strong finish pushed Geoff ahead of me. I'm just going to keep hitting "refresh" until I get the points lead back

Yeah, I was hoping Tony would run better. I had "guesstimated" him at 50. So, that didn't pay off. But, Hamlin over-achieved.

Tony's got a good history at Chicago, and it seemed like every time I'd mess with my picks I 'd have just enough money to afford him. The way his year's gone, 25th isn't too bad
