So...back to the Titan.
So...back to the Titan.
Let me summarize for you Drperry. Try to read slowly and comprehend, k?
1. I do not hate GM or any other brand (except maybe Toyota...lol). Being rightfully pissed off about an issue and bitching about it does not mean I hate them.
2. Not all of my GM's have leaked, but many have. My GMT800 never leaked or burned a drop in 100k miles I owned it. Well, the PS lines did, but not to the point of dripping on the floor. My 2007 GMC and my 2008 Corvette have both had multiple oil leaks and the truck also leaks PS fluid from the hoses. Both had oil leaks from nearly brand new, both were fixed and both started leaking again within a few years. But I am not supposed to be pissed?
3. I never said ALL GMs leak oil. I did say this is a very common issue in the GMT900's (and the C6 Corvettes as well)and have backed that up with pointing out there are multiple TSBs for it and the complaints about it are very common. Even other members right here on this forum have had the issue in their GMT900's. You saying it is not an issue because you have not experienced it is just plain denial and pure fanboyism/apologist. GM dealer techs have even confirmed this as well.
4. I do not hate my truck or my Vette. Will I buy another GM truck? Probably, if/when they pull their heads out of their ass. I would not buy a current new GM truck because I simply do not like them. Not sure I would buy another new GM car though. I do not trust them and am not convinced they have gotten their quality up to par yet and likely wont until they can figure out how to be profitable while not sucking on the gov't tit. they are still in cost-cutting mode.
Now, did you get all that? Maybe read it again?
