I just pick em and forget em....

My first round is based on past track history. Round two is a combination of factors. The weeks I've done best have tended to be when I go back and reweigh the numbers and start from scratch. :dunno:

I've probably been leaning too much on Kyle Busch, thinking "he had something to prove and was a cheap risk." But, I'm starting to think he's "pressing" too hard and screwing himself up......

Lord knows Harvick has been a good (if expensive) pick most weeks. But, that's a lot of damn money to put into one driver every week. So, I tend to skip him. :dunno:

My most expensive pick is JR. This race is going to be a tough one for me to pick. I don't usually watch the road course races.

The way NASCAR televises their races these days, I can't watch about half the season. So, I have to base my picks on stats and what the guys are saying about their cars. :dunno:

6 of the last 7 have been on Fox Sports 1. The next one is also on Fox Sports 1. Then, we'll have one on NBC and 8 of the next 9 on NBC Sports Network.

At least once the Chase starts, 5 of the 10 will be on NBC.. :dunno:

It seems like a lame schedule, since they claim to be "one of the most popular sports in America."

Same here. That other crap? NASCAR doesn't want the biggest audience possible? fWONK 'em! I'm not paying $100 / month to get a cable / satellite package that includes FS1 and NBS SN just so I can watch NASCAR. :pfingers:

I got rid of Dish because of the cost and what was offered. It pissed me off that almost half the channels offered was paid programming. Why would any body want to watch nothing but commercials.
