Dude, I just found out that just about every D-max came with a block heater from the factory. These LGH trucks have it!

It all started when we tore down the 2001 and it was a easy spot with the front clip removed. Started doing some research and my brother said he didn't see his but it was pretty easy to find it on the 3500hd!

So true. But working in the industry, once the needle hits zero, the 15w40 becomes glue.

The blue truck I was looking at had the full arctic pack installed; Pan heater, trans pan heater, block heater, and battery blanket. In Fairbanks, it is standard equipment

AMSOIL's CJ-4 5w-40 has a pour point of -48 so you are good to go? :)
