On my 04 silverado 5.3 my drivers side rear exhaust manifold bolt broke off and I have a small leak. How do I go about removing the other bolts without breaking them off?

You'll probably break one or two more off getting them out. Soak them with PB Blaster or Kroil etc...

Lots of penetrant oil, let soak overnight. Go slow and don't get discouraged if you break more. When you pull the manifolds(hoefully) there is enough of the stud sticking out to remove them. Again, hit them with more oil. Then either use some vise grips or weld a nut to them and back out. Worse case is when they break flush. Get a set of these.

My worse one was the first one on the #1 cylinder. I literally had to drill it then beat the extractor in the stud with a sledge to get it to bite.

Its a PITA, but not hard.

All of the bolts but the 2nd one back from front won't budge yet. I have been spraying them wd40 and going to keep soaking them and try to hit 2nd bolt with a punch to see if it will break loose.

WD40 is not that really great for your purposes, imo. PB Blaster, Kroil, or even Knocker Loose is better
