Whats the recipe? lol... Or is it top secret.

Engine recipe?

No secrets there.
-421 SBC
-Dart Pro 1 215 heads that have been ported. (heads are really too small for the motor, but the combo is working so I'm not going to spend $2500 on a bigger set)
-Super Victor intake ported to match the heads.
-Howard's Solid roller cam
-NX Gemini Twin Plate
-Hooker Super Comp headers (1 3/4) - bigger would be better but there's another $1000
-Dynomax Bullets 3.5inch

Coan built TH350 full manual

Ford 9inch with 3.50 gears

Prior to the front end swap it would run pretty regular 6.0X-6.1X in the 1/8. I stopped running it 1/4 mile because it was trapping around 142+ mph and the stock front end was scary!!

I have no idea what it's going to do with this front end, but I can't wait to find out.

Very nice! You should just order a new set of 235 AFR's or something, And send me those darts ;)... I want those heads! lol... I was looking at building a 421, but decided to build a destroker... 379ci full roller, Heads will be my biggest down fall. Rotating assembly is getting balanced as we speak.

I always liked the sound of open headers! :rocker:

I see you are keeping from some upgrades do to cost. Hey, it is only money and besides you can increase Mikey's vet bills to help offset the cost.

Yeah, heads are where the power is made on these big small blocks. These heads flow very well and are working quite well on the motor, but I know with a set of 225+ size heads there is power to be had. I just got such a good deal on these on this motor I couldn't pass. The cam is way too big for motor only too, but it likes spray a lot.

Here's a little better video of the new exhaust.
