My boss has a 2008 f250 and when it rains water leaks in from just to the left of the steering wheel.. I know on some Chevy cars the weather strip can let water in if it gets damaged. Is there anything like this on fords or any quick and easy checks or fixes?

He does have a sunroof. It would have to travel a long ways to get where it's leaking. And it's not leaking anywhere else.

The sunroof has 4 drain lines...one at each corner of the sunroof.
The two front ones run down the pillars by the windshield.
The exit somewhere around the back of the wheelwell and the exit end is kinda puckered up.
If that end gets dried mud on it it can stop up and not drain.

That would cause it to leak inside.

Yes... if the water around the sunroof can't get our thru the drain lines, it backs up and then runs down the OUTSIDE of the drain lines and starts dripping off of them.
Also, "SOME" of the drain lines are two piece... the pieces connect at about the top of the windshield pillar.
Take some stiff weedeater string and run down the drain tubes to try to clear them out.
