Cat Back Exhaust

I am looking at 2006 silverado crewcab 1500 4x4 5.3 what brand of exhaust systems are available?

Lose the cats.. You don't need those things

I believe you have multiple options. My favorite would be magnaflow.

Cut off the muffler and weld on a Magnaflow (or whatever you like). Same sound as a cat back and a lot cheaper.

Ditto. I did that to my truck but I don't like the look of any tail pipes so mine is hidden.

No need to spend the money on a full cat back. Just upgrade the muffler will give you the same results, well maybe not the look of the system but performance wise on a stock truck, a cat back is a waste.

I had a custom cat back system built for mine using a large Flowmaster. Sounds good, isn't too loud, and it's completely hidden.

I love it.
